A 15% buyers premium as well as 7.125% sales tax will be charged on this auction.
ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee
Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
Unpaid Invoices will be Charged in Full and will Include a 3% Processing Fee at the Conclusion of the Scheduled Removal Period Unless your Items are Being Shipped. Items Remaining in our Warehouse Beyond the Scheduled Removal Period will be Assessed Storage Fees Beginning Immediately.
Items Requiring a Forklift for Loading will Display a Loading Fee. This fee is for a basic "pick and place" on your trailer. Please bring an appropriate vehicle/trailer for your purchases. Excessive repositioning, blocking, strapping will result in additional fees.
Buyers are Free to Operate Non-Powered Equipment for Load-out but we Advise you Bring Help to Load.
