We ask that you do not bid if these dates and times will not work for you. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent loss of your ability to bid on future auctions.
Ground Level Removal Only. Plan Accordingly -There will be a forklift onsite for hire for a minimum of $25 per pick. Buyers are Free to Load Their Own Items Using Non-Powered Equipment but Must Bring Help as Assistance Will be Very Limited.
A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 7.125% Sales Tax.
ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee
Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
Unpaid Invoices will be Charged in Full at The Conclusion of The Scheduled Removal Period and will Include a 3% Processing Fee Unless your Items are Being Shipped.
